*All of these affirmations can be written down in a notebook, put on your mirror with dry erase markers, left as sticky notes for yourself, or just read to remind yourself that you can achieve a higher level of thinking. Sharing these with friends and family is also a good way to spread positivity. You can write and read these to remind yourself that there are positive coping skills for thinking.
