*A vision board is a collage of images and words that you should display in a prominent place to remind you why you do what you do every day; images and words that spark your motivation and remind you of your values, goals, or dreams. It could also be filled with things that inspire you or leave you feeling happy. You can start by writing down everything you can think of that brings you joy. You can use the values (bottom of page) to chose which are most important to you. Use the list of questions (below) to spark ideas. Cut out images and words from old magazines, printed off the internet, stickers, or your own drawings/doodles. Then, glue those words and images to a (mini) pasteboard or piece of card-stock. Feel free to color and decorate your board however you want and add to it periodically. Remember to hang it in a location that you will see often and take time to reflect on the board when you feel stressed or need to be reminded of what is important to you.

These questions can be used to create positive mental images to be used to create self esteem, ideas for your vision board, or just to uplift your mood.
